What is a Willy Good Price?

Willy Good Price is a product or service that our team has designated to not only be a heavily discount price, but to also be an incredible value compared to it's counterparts. While all of our products and services are great values, be sure to look out for the following symbol for an especially great deal, or a "Willy Good Price ".

Do you sell to the public, or are these wholesale prices? 

Yes, in most cases, we sell to the public. Although many of our products are priced at wholesale level, there are some products that require a wholesale account. Inquire about bulk pricing.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 EST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day most of the time.

How will I be notified of shipping confirmation?

As soon as your order is shipped we always send an email confirmation with tracking numbers. You can always check the status of where your package is at, by clicking on the tracking number.

Can I check my order through the website?

You can always check the status of your order, can track it by the tracking number on which ever shipping company is bringing you your package.

I emailed you, but never received a response. Are you getting my messages?!

We never leave our customers hanging. As soon as you message us, a support ticket is created and a customer service professional is immediately assigned to help you. All messages are responded to within 24 hours. If you do not see our response, PLEASE check your spam folder. 

Willy Goodprice says my order may be lost. Is this true? Where is my order?

We apologize for the confusion Willy Goodprice causes. This is a generic message that automatically appears if your tracking has not confirmed delivery and it's past the delivery window. In most cases, the package is still in transit and NOT lost. Sometimes delays occur due to weather related events or address issues. We recommend first checking the tracking results directly on the shipping company's website. UPS tracking usually starts with 1Z and contains a combination of letters and numbers. USPS tracking numbers are 22 digits long and usually start with 92 or 94. FedEx tracking is shorter, only about 8-12 digits. If you need help looking up the full tracking results of your package, simply let us know. We're always available to help. 

I checked my tracking on the carrier's site and there is no movement. I think my package is lost. 

If there have not been any new tracking updates within 4 business days, please send us a message through the Ask a Question link at the top right. We will be happy to contact the shipping company to research and investigate the whereabouts of your package. If the carrier is unable to locate and deliver your package, we are will provide you with a prompt replacement or refund. Just let us know how we can best accommodate your needs. 

My product was damaged in transit! What now?! 

STOP! DO NOT start a return. All you need to do is take a few pictures showing the damaged product and the shipping box. Click the Ask a Question link at the top right. Tell us about what happened, and attach the images. Please indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement and we will provide you with a swift resolution and won't have to go through the returns process. Be sure to hang on to all packaging, products, and accessories until further notice. Keep an eye out for any important messages from us. Check your spam if you don't see one! We always respond within 24 hours or less.

My product is missing parts or isn't working properly! How do I get a refund/replacement? 

STOP! DO NOT start a return just yet, as we may not need the item back to provide you with a swift resolution. Click on the Ask a Question link at the top right corner of this page. Tell us about what happened, and attach any necessary images. Please indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We have built excellent relationships with manufacturers to quickly get you what you need, whether it's a replacement, quick fix, or missing parts. Be sure to hang on to all packaging, products, and accessories until further notice. Keep an eye out for any important messages from us. Check your spam if you don't see one! We always respond within 24 hours or less. 

Oh no! I just realized I ordered the wrong part, ordered by mistake, or changed my mind. How do I return it?   

Within 30 days of purchase, go to your Willy Goodprice Order History and click on Return Item. In the Comments section, be sure to enter as much info possible about your return reason. This info is valuable to us and helps us make listing improvements. Please be sure to return the product in like-new/resalable condition. There may be deductions applied to your refund if there are missing contents/accessories, non-reusable packaging, customer damage, or signs of usage/installation. So please take care when preparing the product for return. 

Are there any returns exceptions? 

Yes. Software or digital media can only be returned within 30 days of purchase if the product is still in unopened condition. Returns will not be accepted for any software that has been opened, installed, or removed from the retail packaging. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same title/model number. 

When will my order ship? Is the delivery window on my order correct? 

Most orders are shipped the same business day if ordered by 2pm Eastern Time. The delivery window you see at checkout is only a standard delivery timeframe provided by Willy Goodprice. Most orders arrive much more quickly, depending on your distance from the warehouse that is preparing your shipment. 

It's been 2 business days and my order still has not shipped. Will I receive my order?

Unfortunately, backorders can and do happen due to the lapse in timing between when your order is placed, when Willy Goodprice processes your payment, and when Willy Goodprice sends your order details over to our warehouse. In the event of a backorder, Willy Goodprice will keep your order on hold for a maximum of 7-days. If you do not want your order auto-cancelled, be sure to let us know and we'll keep your order on hold in our warehouse to ship as soon as our inventory arrives from the manufacturer. If you don't want to wait for the delivery, please go to your Willy Goodprice Order History and click on the Cancel Order button.

I provided the wrong shipping address for my order. How do I receive my order???

We are required by Willy Goodprice to ship only to the address provided at the time the order was placed. If your order has not shipped yet, please click on the Cancel Order button in your Willy Goodprice Order History so that you can update your address. Once a shipment is in transit, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery or shipping address. If your order was shipped through USPS, you can submit a mail forwarding request with your post office or through USPS.com and your package will automatically be rerouted to your current address.

If your package ends up being delivered to your old address, please try to reach out to a friend, relative, or neighbor near your old address to retrieve the package for you. You can also try contacting the UPS or FedEx office closest to the shipping address and ask for their help to retrieve the package on your behalf. Please be sure to check your Saved Shipping Addresses in your account and delete any old addresses.
